Derden Heating & Cooling has continuously improved the quality of life for the people of the Grand Prairie for over 45 years. Founded by the late Madaline and Garland Derden, Sr.of Stuttgart, the company was incorporated in 1960 where it originally operated out of the couple’s home at 1608 South Porter Street in Stuttgart.
The company started out as a residential heating, air conditioning, refrigeration and electrical
service company, but quickly grew into a contracting and commercial market company as well.
As of today, owners Garland Derden, Jr. and Freddy Derden see it as their personal goal to
ensure that they conduct business inaccordance with the guidlines of their mission.
We enjoy giving back to our community & feel that anything we can do to help, will ultimately improve the quality of life for everyone on the Grand Prairie.
